Not so smooth stay

We had a rough time here. Our room was on the 4th floor when we specifically requested 1st due to our son. The bathroom had weird smells, and we had trouble with the key cards. To top it off, our car got broken into, and it felt like there was no one to help. A couple of good things were nearby restaurants and friendly staff.

great service but small room

The staff was exceptionally attentive during my stay! They promptly moved me to another room when the air conditioning malfunctioned in the first room. Also, the check-in process was seamless, which greatly improved my experience after a long drive.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

We had a pleasant visit, enjoying the clean standard king room. However, the breakfast service left much to be desired. While the check-in was smooth, the kitchen staff could improve on friendliness. For great local food, try Chaba Thai just a short drive away!

The Hampton Inn provided a clean and well-prepared room upon arrival, making the check-in process efficient. The location was also a significant advantage, with easy access to various stores and restaurants ideal for a business traveler. Most notably, the staff were responsive and promptly addressed an air conditioning issue, quickly transferring me to another room without delay.

If you're hunting for local eats, check out Chaba Thai Restaurant – a gem just 1 km away! The Longhorn Cafe and Cracker Barrel are also solid choices for true comfort food. On top of that, the lobby and breakfast area were tastefully decorated, giving a pleasant start to the day.

Had a hiccup with the breakfast staff on my visit—one guy was rude and super unhelpful, which felt out of sync with everyone else.

I had a pleasant stay. the digital key check-in was convenient, and I loved the tasty free breakfast! The only downside was the smaller room I got assigned to after the air conditioning issue.

The room was super spacious with a microwave, refrigerator, and a nice TV. The fitness center had all the equipment I needed. Breakfast was a treat with good options like fresh fruit and waffles. Check-in was quick, and they resolved a minor issue with my A/C right away. Good vibes overall.
